Municipal Court
The Kemp Municipal Court maintains original jurisdiction over all Class C citations, including traffic offenses and municipal code violations issued by Kemp PD and Kemp ISD PD.
The Court coordinates community service programs, public outreach campaigns and other justice-related programs.
